Tailored Tuition
One-to-One Tuition:
Teach one student at a time.

Topic-Based Course	A topic-based course concentrates on a particular area and explores many curriculum subjects (such as Science, Art, Geography and History). It allow students to explore the subject matter in greater depth and to make better connections between different areas of learning. Topic-Based Courses are created around a theme of mastering skills, learning concepts or working on projects. It allows pupils to learn new skills or consolidate existing skills. Each pupil works on their selected course at their own pace. The pupils study together in small groups from 4 to 12 and individually.
Course Duration	Up to 12 weeks, depending on the number of objectives covered.
Session Frequency	Tutor-led sessions are scheduled once or twice per week at fixed times. It very much depends on the number of objectives.
Sessions: Time and Date	A session can range from 30 to 90 minutes. Times are scheduled in advance and displayed on the course page.
Course Fees	You can use the recommended price list or set your rates based on the course content and level.
Course Creator Responsibility	Set course objectives. Create a detailed course plan. Choose appropriate resources for your course. Create a draft course, Create a diagnostic assessment to ascertain prior knowledge of the pupil. Create an end-of-the-course assessment. Create a taster session (optional but highly recommended). Review and publish your course. Prepare a feedback form for pupils. Prepare a feedback form for course tutors. (If course tutors are delivering your course).
Course Tutor Responsibility	Set suitable dates and times for the delivery of each tutor-led session, ideally once a week, for the duration of the course. Set follow-up study tasks for the pupils to complete independently before the next session. Review the pupil's homework and provide constructive feedback. Check the pupil's end-of-the-course assessment results. Provide feedback to the parent/guardian based on the pupil's end-of-the-course assessment.

Subject-Based Course	Subject-Based courses are subject-specific and structured to cover the entire syllabus aligned to the national curriculum for the respective years.

Duration of the course	Lessons are scheduled for twelve months for pupils in years 7, 8 and 9. For GCSEs and A levels, we recommend a two or three year plan.
Duration and frequency of sessions per week	This depends on the content you need to cover. A session can range from 60 to 90 minutes per week. Sessions can be held once or twice per week.
Teaching times	Must be scheduled in advance and displayed on the website.
Fees	You may use the recommended price list or set your own rates based on your experience and qualifications.

Course Creator/Tutor responsibility	Create structured subject based lesson plans in line with the NC requirement. Choose or create necessary resources for your subject. Create a diagnostic assessment to ascertain prior knowledge of pupils. Set suitable dates and times for the delivery of each session. Consult with the parent/guardian to explore the needs of the pupil. Write a progress report at the end of each month or three months.

Free Sessions	Free sessions teach a specific skill or concept. They are live one-off interactive inspiring sessions to inform, evoke curiosity and explore an idea. Free sessions can be a taster of a topic-based course or just a stand-alone session.

Details of tailored tuition	Focusing on individual pupils needs by tutoring them to achieve their personal academic goals. The pupils work at their own pace usually in separate breakout rooms. The tailored learning plan is based on the assessment result.
Duration of tuition sessions.	There is no fixed time frame for the personalised lesson plan. It is very much dependent on the needs of the pupil. It can be that the pupil requires a few booster sessions for few weeks or long-term support for months or years.
How long is the lesson?	Lessons are usually one hour, though you may increase to 1.5 or 2 hours if requested by the customer.
Frequency of lessons per week.	Lessons are usually held once a week for one hour. However, you can increase or decrease the time and frequency of lessons per week.
Teaching times	Flexible, based on teacher and pupils availability. Tutors book the lessons directly with the parent, guardian or the school teacher.
Fees	Please check the recommended price list. Though you are free to set your own rates based on your experience and qualifications.

Tutor responsibility	Consultation with parent/guardian to explore the needs of the pupil. Assess the pupil based on your consultation with parents, guardians or teachers. Create a tailored learning plan based on the assessment result and the pupils needs. Arrange a mutually convenient time with the parent/guardian/teacher for the tutoring sessions. Choose or create appropriate resources to deliver your lessons. Deliver the lessons as planned. Write a report at the end of each session and a plan for the next session.

The Course Tutor Role -
Oversee that the pupil works through the course content to achieve course objectives. To aid this, introduce the course objective at the start of the course, monitor pupils' progress as they work through the content, check for understanding and create opportunities for discussion as appropriate in a group or individually. Set homework, provide constructive feedback and assess the pupil at the end of the course.

Your responsibility

You are expected to build on your knowledge of social media management and marketing to develop, promote and sell Alphareach services and educational products to schools in a creative way.

This may include writing and promoting helpful short articles, blogs or create podcasts, short videos relating to educational information for pupil, parents, teachers, schools and alternative education.

Give talks and presentation of our resources and services, virtually using zoom or other platform to the relevant audience (pupils, parents, teachers and managers).

Assist with organising relevant learning resources for pupils as guided by the tutor, monitor the impact of resources on pupils out come and report to the tutor.
