The mastery-based learning, addition and subtraction course helps learners develop the confidence to add and subtract numbers mentally and learn to perform written calculations and apply these skills to solve arithmetic problems.

This course is ideal for students who want to boost their confidence in adding and subtracting before progressing to multiplying and dividing from age 9 to 16.
It is especially suitable for pupils doing Functional skills level 1 maths and for students studying towards achieving grades 3 and 4 of Maths GCSE.
