Yes, our online lessons are interactive with a tutor in real time. The lessons are delivered via virtual classroom.

Yes all topic based lessons are taught in small groups up to ten pupils.

Each pupil will be working to develop their own skill in a particular area of the topic based on the assessment result and an ongoing monitoring of the pupils progress.

The pupil will practice the skill individually and as part of the group will be encouraged to take part in group activities.

Topic based lessons times are set out on the booking page of this website.

Registered pupils will be notified if there are changes to the scheduled sessions.

The topic based lessons are booked on a monthly basis and a seat is reserved for each pupil. However in case a pupil is unable to attend at the scheduled time we will do our best to reschedule the lesson if we are informed at least one week in advance or earlier before the due lesson.

In the rare event the tutor is unable to deliver the booked lesson we will notify you and rebook the session for another day and time. If we are unable to reschedule the lesson then we shall give you a full refund for the missed session. If the tutor is late for the session then they will make up for the missed time either by extending the session time or make up for the missed time on another session.

On the Master Your Skill series of lesson the pupil can commence their lessons in the same week you make the inquiry subject to availability of a seat and your acceptance of Alphareach terms and conditions.

On the Conceptual Learning series of courses you need to register and join a wait list. We will notify you when the courses are ready for schedule.
