Tuition FAQs
The free assessment identifies gaps, weaknesses and strengths in pupils’ knowledge of the subject you request.
The free assessment can take anywhere between 30 - 40 minutes and is conducted online by our specialist experienced tutor.
After the assessment you can talk directly with the tutor. Discuss the result and follow-up sessions. The assessment results help us design a personalised learning program for the pupil.
The maximum number of pupils a tutor will teach in a personalised tuition plan is four. Each pupil studies at their own pace with a tailored learning plan based on their assessment result.
The pupil usually studies separately in breakout rooms. Occasionally, the tutor may decide to work with other pupils in the session for increased engagement and activity.
Tuition times are flexible depending on the tutor and pupil's availability.
You book the lessons directly with the pupil's dedicated tutor.
Lessons can be re-booked if the pupil cannot attend. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to your child's tutor either by email or text message.
The pupil's dedicated tutor will re-book the scheduled lesson for another day.
Please ensure that the pupil has logged in to their virtual class room 5 minutes before the session start time. As the session will end at the given time. No refund will be issued or extra session delivered for the missed time.
The tutor will inform you and rebook the lesson within one calendar month.
