1. The Alphareach Platform
1.1 We appreciate your use of the service provided by us. This Terms and Conditions, including the privacy, safe guarding policy and other contractual agreements gives you information about the governance of the Alphareach platform. Please ensure you read, understand and accept these terms before you agree to make use of any of our services and products.
1.2 We will review and update these terms and conditions as necessary to reflect changes in law, our website and content. Please ensure you check the terms before you make use of any of our services or products. Your use of the services and products provided through this Site will be deemed as acceptance of the updated or amended Terms and Conditions. You may print these Terms or save them to your computer for reference purpose.
1.3 In these Terms, you will be referred to as “you” or as a “user”, which shall mean any person using our site as an educator, learner, as a parent or a responsible adult of the registered student who has paid for our services or products on behalf of the learner.
1.4 The term “we” or “us” means Alphareach Learning Ltd, the owner and operator of the Alphareach website, at http://www.alphareach.com and any other associated website and the services we make available through them (together, the “Platform”).

2. Access and Use of our Platform
2.1 This Platform is designed to enable users to obtain educational resources, access courses and take part in live lessons from educators who are either working on their own or in collaboration with other educators.
2.2 We continually strive to improve our website’s users experience and therefore we may remove or add new functionality to our website, content or courses.
2.3 Your use of the information, resources, services and courses from this website is of your own choice. It shall be your own responsibility and liability to ensure that any information, resources and services you obtain meet your specific requirements.
2.4 This Site contains links to other websites and resources as we deemed necessary for enhancing our user’s experience and convenience for added information or for research purposes. Please note the content, policies and procedures of these websites are the website owner’s responsibility and we advise you to check all their compliance details.
2.5 You agree not to ask for, collect or harvest any personal data of any Visitor or Learner of the Website or Online Content and Courses.
3. Registration and Accounts
3.1 You must be over 18 years of age to create an account to enrol and purchase any of our products or services either for yourself, your children or your pupils.
3.2 You agree to use this Site only for lawful educational purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of this Site. You may not impersonate another person.
3.3 Please ensure that the learners who you have registered are also made aware of these terms. The responsibility for informing and ensuring compliance of the learners under the age of 18 years rests with the parent or responsible adult who have registered the pupil. If any user fails to comply with the terms of website, your use of the site may be suspended or terminated.
3.4 Only individuals with authority from a school or an organisation to create an account for the purposes of enrolling pupils and pay their fees if necessary should create the account. In the event there is a dispute the person making the purchase will be liable to make the payment of the services or products purchased from our website.
3.5 Alphareach online lessons are either one to one or in groups. Our topic specific courses may have more than ten participants. Our lessons and courses are conducted via video conferencing platforms.
3.6 The group lessons and course information, date, time and costs will be displayed on the alphareach.com website. One to one sessions are flexible and must be arranged directly with the tutor.
3.7 You agree to us retaining the information of the pupils who are registered with us for online lessons and courses in line with our user registration terms. Please inform us by email if you wish to delete the pupil’s account at any time.
3.9 All pupils enrolled with us for live real-time lessons will be provided a private link to login by their tutor. For pupils enrolled with us that are under 18 years of age, this link will be emailed to parents/guardians. Please do not share this link with anyone else.
3.10 All pupils enrolled with us for courses either free or paid, we will create user name and password to ensure pupils and tutors can access the lesson resources safely. We will use the parent or school account holders email to forward the login details for the students. Please inform the pupil not to share their personal login in details with any one.
3.11 All online live sessions are managed by the lead tutor. Any controls within the platform if given to the pupil will be at the sole discretion of the teacher at the time of conducting the sessions. Please note we will limit the use of recording of live sessions.
3.12 Courses are non-transferrable and non refundable.
3.13 We reserve the right to suspend a student or request to leave a course (without refund), if that student's behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful or act in an inappropriate manner.
4. Workbooks and downloadable resources
4.2 No refund is available for the purchase of the workbooks or downloadable resources. Please ensure you purchase the resources you need.
